ABOUT GALINA

Immigration is not just paperwork. It’s one of the most consequential series of decisions a person will make — and having the wrong information, or no information, at the wrong moment can change everything.

After going through the immigration process myself and spending years supporting individuals navigating complex systems, one thing became clear: it’s rarely a lack of eligibility that holds people back — it’s a lack of clarity and strategy.

My role is to help you understand where you stand, what your options are, and how to move forward — without the guesswork. I work closely with each client, and I’m honest about what I see, even when the path forward is more complex than expected.

I know this process — because I’ve lived it.

WHAT I DO

Family-based immigration, handled carefully.

I work primarily with families navigating sponsorship applications and

complex cases — including refusals.

Spousal & Partner Sponsorship

Refusal Cases

Family Reunification

Navigating the points-based system can feel overwhelming. I help you understand your profile, strengthen your application, and submit with confidence — so nothing stands between you and permanent residence.

When a first application is refused, strategy matters. I help you understand what went wrong, address the officer’s concerns, and build a stronger path forward.

Parents, dependent children, and other family members — navigating the eligibility rules and application requirements to bring your family together.

Application Review

Express Entry

Already preparing your own application? I can review it before you submit — identifying errors or gaps that commonly cause delays or refusals.

Inland and outland sponsorship applications, prepared thoroughly and presented clearly — so your relationship and eligibility speak for themselves.

Honest Guidance, Every Step

From your first consultation to a confident path forward.
